This invite-only gathering brought library technology leaders together for a day of presentations and breakout discussions, creating space for honest conversation about the operational and security pressures facing library IT teams today.
The Agenda
The day featured talks from industry leaders including Santiago Gome, Director of Technology Services at the Edmonton Public Library, alongside a Breach Response Specialist and a Technology and Cyber Risk Specialist. Discussion topics covered AI, security, identity management, driving organisational change, the Internet of Things, ransomware recovery, and the perennial challenges of IT recruitment and retention in the public sector.
